		<description>From recent experience: use tongs to get the neck and other grossness out of the turkey.  There is no need to reach your arm up the booty of a dead turkey when they make tongs for such an occasion.  I&#039;m just sayin...</description>

		<description>My advice on the turkey is to make sure he is fully thawed (it will take days) and to rub his body with herbs and olive oil and stuff his cavity with apples, onions and garlic. 20 minutes a pound in the oven and you will have a yummy and moist turkey!</description>
